Abstract

Aún sin reponernos por la irreparable pérdida de Ulpiano, quiero compartir con los lectores de Coyuntura Social, algunos de sus rasgos personales, aquellos que se permitió compartir con los que trabajamos a su lado. Estas líneas pretenden también repasar su ejercicio profesional en los noventa y recordar sus principales aportes y preocupaciones por los temas sociales en el país. Este homenaje quiere reconocer a Ulpiano su apoyo a esta revista. Siempre la orientó para abordar desde sus líneas los complejos debates en materias sociales. En ella escribió sobre te- mas laborales, pensionales, y de diferentes pro- gramas sociales. En los últimos cuatro años su consejo acompañó la línea editorial y en no pocas ocasiones generó reflexiones sobre los temas planteados y sobre la complejidad de los mismos.
