Abstract

“Este artículo examina los cambios recientes en la orientación de la política y los programas sociales en Colombia y su representación en el gasto público. El análisis se realiza en el contexto de las transformaciones de los modelos de desarrollo en América Latina. El objetivo es dar respuesta a la pregunta ¿qué tan significativas son las transformaciones promovidas por la nueva política social en el marco del Plan de Desarrollo "La Revolución Pacífica" y la nueva Constitución Política de Colombia? “
