Abstract

Mas de dos terceras partes de los niños que han nacido en Colombia desde el inicio del siglo XXI son pobres; una tercera parte vive en familias desintegradas; casi la mitad no tiene seguros de salud; y el cuidado infantil, en el caso de los más pobres, está desproporcionadamente a cargo de las familias, pues las guarderías estatales son insuficientes y están mal focalizadas.
