Evaluación de las metas sociales propuestas en Visión Colombia II Centenario: 2019

Abstract

En agosto de 2005 el Departamento Nacional de Planeación (dnp) publicó la primera versión del documento Visión Colombia II Centenario: 2019, por medio del cual se abre la discusión de cuáles deberían ser los logros futuros del país cuando se conmemoren sus dos siglos de vida política independiente. Además de la presentación de los avances históricos y problemas actuales en el contexto político, económico y social del país, en este documento se presentan metas puntuales y estrategias generales para su consecución en el año 2019. Vale la pena mencionar que este documento no pretende ser un ejercicio de proyección hacia el futuro en cuanto a que no se proponen posibles escenarios y resultados, sino que pretende ser un medio para abrir la discusión pública sobre las metas deseables en el mediano y largo plazo para Colombia.
