La responsabilidad social Empresarial -RSE- con enfoque ambiental en las medianas y grandes empresas del municipio de Villavicencio

Abstract

Este artículo analiza el nivel de conocimiento y aplicación de la responsabilidad social -RSE - con enfoque ambiental en las medianas y grandes empresas del Municipio de Villavicencio. Con este objetivo se estima la aplicación de una encuesta a las empresas comerciales, industriales y de servicios que fueron clasificadas a través de una muestra estratificada y seleccionadas de forma aleatoria.Se puede afirmar que el gran reto que tienen las organizaciones modernas es incorporar la RSE con enfoque ambiental dentro de su estrategia, pero para poder alcanzar este logro es necesario conocerla y evaluarla; desde esta perspectiva y según los resultados de la encuesta aplicada y de las pruebas de hipótesis realizadas, se determinó que el conocimiento y la aplicación que tienen las medianas y grandes empresas que desarrollan su actividad económica en Villavicencio, acerca de la RSE con enfoque ambiental no es nulo como se planteó en la hipótesis, si no que según los resultados de las pruebas es bajo.
