Abstract

Los países desarrollados (PD) como Inglaterra, Francia, Alemania, EE. UU., Japón, etc. tienen una base industrial moderna, producto del desarrollo de las fuerzas productivas, de la innovación, el cambio técnico, la investigación y el desarrollo experimental, -impulsadas por el estado que asume los riesgos, mientras el capital privado se beneficia (Maya, 2013)- que tratan de monopolizar, y evitar su difusión, con los sistemas de propiedad intelectual sobre patentes, marcas, procesos y denominación de origen.
