Abstract

El presente ensayo analiza las condiciones actuales en las que se desenvuelven los intercambios comerciales a nivel del mercado mundial, para mostrar el contrasentido de los ajustes vía comercio como solución al problema de endeudamiento que vive la región.El trabajo se desarrollará en dos partes: la primera presentará las tendencias más importantes del comercio mundial y la segunda las implicaciones del proceso de ajuste para los países de América latina.
