Abstract

Hoy en día, el balance y la perspectiva de la economía mundial y de lo que queda de las "economías nacionales" que la conforman, registran una acelerada acumulación de tensiones de todo orden. Entre ellas, cabe destacar las originadas por la relajación de los controles en las economías centralmente planificadas y su consecuente "occidentalización". Situación que acentúa mas las incertidumbres de los persistentes y "renovados" procesos de desarrollo que buscan mejorar el nivel de vida de la población; y, de paso, reducen el espectro de las soluciones posibles.
