La ganadería Colombiana: Una nueva visión

Abstract

Aunque comúnmente el término ganadería se suele aplicar solamente a la explotación bovina, la cual en el País, el gruso la constituye la cabana de los vacunos de carne, en el presente caso se utilizará en su acepción original, es decir referido a las explotaciones de importancia zootécnica, principalmente vacunos tanto de carne como de leche, porcinos, y aves que constituyen en grueso de la producción pecuaria con especies domésticas del País.
