La política petrolera en el marco del desarrollo sostenible

Abstract

El artículo senala como un modelo de desarrollo económico sostenible en el que se incorporen algunos elementos que replanteen los paradigmas económicos vigentes desde la revolución neoclásica de finales del siglo pasado puede ser de gran utilidad para orientar las políticas y acciones gubernamentales y empresariales hacia un uso adecuado de los recursos naturales, entre estos, el petróleo. Tales elementos son: un nuevo concepto de la tierra como generadora del flujo de recursos naturales, un nuevo patrón de escasez y complementariedad de factores, una nueva forma de contabilizar el ingreso nacional neto, el fortalecimiento de los determinantes endógenos del desarrollo sostenible y un sistema de cooperación empresarial para el avance tecnológico.
