Abstract

Este trabajo presenta un análisis del proceso de producción y uso de bienes públicos en el marco del proyecto Centros de Desarrollo Comunitario: gestión para el desarrollo social", desarrollado desde la política pública de bienestar social, en Bogotá, por la Secretaría Distrital de Integración Social. Este estudio propone un esquema de evaluación que dé cuenta del impacto de las acciones de dicho proyecto sobre el bienestar y calidad de vida de la población intervenida, desde el análisis de la producción y transferencia de bienes públicos, los cuales son determinados a través del ejercicio que esta población desarrolla en cuanto a artes y oficios y a habilidades ciudadanas."
