Abstract

Es importante crear un ambiente macroeconómico estable y fl uido en Bogotá que les permita a los agentes económicos nacionales y extranjeros tomar decisiones acertadas de invertir en la capital, asi como residir y visitar. Al mismo tiempo, el Distrito Capital debe fortalecerse financieramente cada vez más, con el concurso y la avenencia de los ciudadanos, por medio de unas contribuciones que sean suficientes para emprender los proyectos más importantes que garanticen un futuro próspero para el Distrito Capital. A este financiamiento regular de la ciudad se han sumado las utilidades de sus empresas que han sido rentables, lo cual ha permitido complementar y ampliar los programas sociales y ejecutar las inversiones para el aumento de la productividad y la riqueza de la ciudad.
