Recursos y capacidades para el desarrollo económico local en Buriticá Antioquia

Resumen: A partir del 2011 aproximadamente, el aumento de la extracción minera en el municipio de Buriticá trajo consigo notorios cambios en la dinámica socioeconómica de su población. Por consiguiente, se decidió hacer un análisis de las diferentes teorías acerca del Desarrollo Económico Local-DEL- a la luz de casos de estudio en los cuáles se han llevado a cabo políticas bajo este enfoque. Luego, por medio de entrevistas se indagó acerca de las condiciones bajo las cuales se da la minería y su repercusión en la economía municipal, para después elaborar un diagnóstico de la situación y poder recomendar lineamientos de política pública bajo la perspectiva del DEL. Por último, se concluye que dado el momento coyuntural en que se encuentra la localidad, se deben tomar diferentes medidas que contribuyan a mejorar la estructura institucional, la productividad, la competitividad, el medio ambiente y la estructura social del municipio. / Abstract : From 2011 about, the increase of the mining extraction in Buriticá's have brought changes in the socioeconomic dynamic of his population. Consequently, it was decided to do an analysis of the different theories, about the Local Economic Development -LED- in the light of study cases, which has been carried out policies under this approach. Then, through interviews it was investigated the conditions where mining is taking place and their impact on the local economy; later, will be elaborated a diagnosis of the situation and some recommendations about public policy with the perspective of LED. Finally, it was concluded that it must be taken different measurements that help to improve the institutional structure, the productivity, the competitiveness, the environment and the social structure of the municipality; given the conjuntural situation.
