Seguimiento a la Ley 789 de 2002 de Reforma Laboral. Ano 2003

Abstract

Este documento presenta de manera breve las disposiciones de la Ley 789 y revisa el probable impacto sobre los costos laborales y la protección de los desempleados. Asimismo, este estudio intenta verificar los logros alcanzados en materia de empleo y protección social a lo largo de 2003, para lo cual presenta una serie de estadísticas y de comentarios con respecto a los logros alcanzados hasta diciembre de este ano.
