El trabajo decente en Colombia: 2010-2014

Abstract

El análisis que presenta este documento parte de la revisión de la metodología propuesta por la OIT en 2012 para la estimación de indicadores del trabajo decente, a partir de la cual se determinó la factibilidad de calcular los 18 principales indicadores estadísticos sugeridos por la OIT, a la vez que se concluyó que 15 de ellos pueden ser replicados de forma periódica en el país. El estudio realizado permite efectuar el seguimiento al mercado de trabajo colombiano durante el periodo 2010-2014, el registro y la constatación de los avances que ha tenido el país en los principales indicadores del trabajo decente, que son presentados de forma detallada.
