Seguimiento al mercado laboral colombiano

Abstract

Este es el primer número del Boletín del Observatorio del Mercado de Trabajo y la Seguridad Social, publicado en el mes de abril del ano 2000. El documento presenta un análisis sobre la situación ocupacional en el mercado de trabajo en Colombia, puntualmente sobre el frágil proceso de recuperación de la economía del país al comienzo del siglo XXI, el cual se atribuye, entre otras cosas, a una posible histéresis en el mercado laboral. Asimismo, los investigadores reflexionan sobre la dinámica de la oferta y la demanda, la calidad de los empleos y el problema de la participación laboral.
