Abstract

El proceso de producción de conocimiento es complejo y está rodeado de profunda incertidumbre, por lo que la inversión tanto pública como privada en proyectos de investigación y desarrollo requiere la celebración de contratos con especificaciones especiales de acuerdo con la naturaleza de los resultados que se esperan. Por ello se requiere, en primera instancia, tener claridad sobre las características de los procesos de investigación en ciencia y tecnología, así como de la innovación resultante. Es lo que se propone este escrito.
