La innovación en la política nacional de CTI y en la política nacional de competitividad y productividad

Abstract

Este ensayo parte del hecho que la innovación es uno de los componentes para lograr mayor progreso económico, social y ambiental para toda la población. Por ello, en los últimos anos, los hacedores de política han dirigido su atención a los problemas de ciencia y tecnología, y su rol en la economía. En Colombia, las políticas de ciencia, tecnología e innovación y las políticas de competitividad y productividad pretenden dar lineamientos para el desarrollo de estrategias que potencien dicho progreso. Por ello resulta fundamental que entre ellas exista coherencia entre objetivos, planes, programas y actuaciones. Sin embargo todavía se detectan limitaciones importantes para lograr la requerida compatibilidad.
