Abstract

A decade run of the century the hopes of humanity and the environment to improve their situation vanish. The RSO gradually established itself as a strategic ally and instrumental paradigm of economic rationality rather than on a time element could be an alternative solution, however is becoming perverse escalation factor of worse conditions for groups weaker interest in the business structure of our times. The RSO will have three paths to follow. Even Three can go simultaneously, depending on who leads and serves as the gendarme of their doctrine and praxis. Imagination can be argued that the RSO can follow three paths: 1. On the right, where his slogan will be used as instrumental and strategic pillar economist, as is happening with the major economic organizations, with results that benefit mainly the capital. 2. At the center, with extensive but insufficient involvement of all stakeholders, where corporate governance would serve as a placebo for a surface relief of the real problems of those affected. 3. The left, where civil society to assume a leading and proactive role as a powerful driver of RSO to become social and environmental transformation engine in a sustainable framework and justice. Which way to promote and assume from the University in relation to the RSO? Perhaps the answer is given to institutional frameworks and by carefully examining its mission, vision, principles and values. There is coherence between the rationale of the University and what is being delivered to programs taught RSO? The paper aims to reflect on the content of the RSO programs traditionally taught in universities. While attempts to examine the RSO has been practiced on stage companies that have called the right path and toward the center. And finally try a prospective exercise to the RSO in the event the path to the left, where the RSO is required by the interest groups that comprise civil society (Citizens, Students, academics, workers, intellectuals, unemployed, NGOs)
