Abstract

In 2012 the Colombian government and the FARC began a dialogue to end the armed conflict for over 50 years by signing the 'Agreement ending the conflict and building a stable and lasting peace.' How will the post-conflict scenario for the rebels and all that mass of citizens and peasants who still don't have a decent standard of living? This paper based on the theory of communicative action, foresight, in the theory of positive law and the conceptual foundations of the social responsibility of organizations according to social justice, examines various possibilities for a harmonious life for Colombian society.
