Abstract

There is a growing interest in knowing the factors that influence 4.0 technologies implementation and a concern to account for these dynamics in enterprises and SMEs. For this reason, an overview is described for 22 cases in which there is evidence of involvement with the adoption of 4.0 technologies within their core processes for both manufacturing and services. To this end, the situation of each company is contextualized and the technology type being implemented and the visions of government support for the successful incorporation of emerging technologies in this type of company are indicated.
