Un análisis de la efectividad de los canales de búsqueda de empleo para las 13 áreas metropolitanas de Colombia en el 2017

Abstract

En este documento se estima un índice de efectividad de los canales de búsqueda de empleo en las 13 áreas metropolitanas de Colombia, para el segundo trimestre del ano 2017, con el objetivo de analizar las correlaciones parciales entre la efectividad de éstos y algunas características pecuniarias de la calidad del empleo que se consigue mediante ellos. Dentro de los principales hallazgos se encuentra que, aunque el canal más utilizado es el informal, la calidad de empleo obtenido no es la mejor.
