La escuela ampliada en Colombia: Una experiencia de formación de padres, madres y acudientes en La Unión, Valle del Cauca, 2016

Abstract

En este artículo se analiza el proceso de formación a padres, madres y/o acudientes, desarrollado en una Institución Educativa del municipio de La Unión, Valle del Cauca, durante el 2016. Este análisis se realizó respecto al acercamiento de la familia al contexto escolar, y el fortalecimiento de sus espacios de participación. Para esto, se llevó a cabo una revisión documental y se aplicaron entrevistas semi-estructuradas a actores claves involucrados en el proceso de formación. Se logró resaltar la importancia del Taller como metodología dentro de toda la Estrategia de Familia, la importancia del compromiso de los diferentes actores involucrados, así como su relación con el sostenimiento de los espacios de participación tales como las Escuelas de Familia.
