¿Cómo se garantizan las capacidades para la empleabilidad? Una mirada a los beneficios del Fondo de Fomento al Empleo y Protección al Desempleado FONEDE (2009-2012)

Abstract

En el presente artículo se evalúan las estrategias que implementó el FONEDE – Comfenalco Valle, para garantizar las capacidades de empleabilidad de sus beneficiarios. La propuesta de análisis incluye los relatos de vida como fuente de información primaria en la recolección de los datos, los cuales permitieron: reflexionar sobre las grandes debilidades del programa, al atender las necesidades los desempleados con perfil ocupacional medio, e identificar que las redes sociales, las destrezas para el trabajo y la experiencia laboral son aspectos determinantes que permiten afrontar el desempleo y precarización del trabajo con un menor grado de incertidumbre.
