Negociaciones de paz en 2014: Avances inéditos en medio de la desconfianza y el escepticisimo - Informe de seguimiento-

Abstract

El proceso de negociaciones entre el Gobierno y las Farc en La Habana avanzó considerablemente durante 2014. Se realizaron trece ciclos de diálogo, se logró acuerdo sobre un tercer tema de la agenda central, se realizaron acuerdos complementarios sobre otros asuntos, disminuyó la intensidad de las confrontaciones armadas, se dieron a conocer íntegramente los tres borradores de acuerdo ya firmados y quedó claro que las Farc han decidido dejar las armas, si se cumplen ciertas condiciones mínimas, en torno a las cuales precisamente giran las negociaciones. Estos avances se obtuvieron a pesar del escepticismo de la opinión pública y los ataques de la oposición situada a la derecha del espectro político.
