Para generar empleo formal hay que crear empresas modernas

Abstract

Casi todos los análisis sobre la problemática del mercado laboral colombiano se centran en los costos salariales, y proponen en consecuencia la ílexibilización del mercado laboral como solución. En este trabajo también se apunta a la necesidad de crear empresas modernas para generar empleos de buena calidad. Se reporta que en el sector industrial manufacturero cuyas empresas se caracterizan por tamanos de planta iguales o superiores a 10 trabajadores, de manera que el trabajo que ahi se genera es considerado formal, existe una relativa proporcionalidad entre número de establecimientos industriales y volumen de empleo.
