Los Problemas Fundamentales de la Economía Walrasiana y su Influencia en la Ensenanza de la Economía

Abstract

En este trabajo se proponen unas directrices fundamentales para evaluar la economía walrasiana desde la perspectiva del enfoque epistemológico de los programas de investigación de Imre Lakatos. Para ello, se precisa cuál es el núcleo duro del programa, su heurística positiva, su heurística negativa, y su cinturón de hipótesis de auxiliares o cinturón protector. Luego, se identifican sus problemas metodológicos fundamentales en la actualidad y se reconocen posibles programas de investigación alternativos. Finalmente se argumenta cómo esos problemas metodológicos han llevado a que se cree una escisión entre la ensenanza y la frontera del conocimiento en economía.
