El control societario en Colombia: la internacionalización de filiales y subordinadas por los grupos empresariales

Abstract

Este artículo aborda el derecho societario en relación con la creación de cadenas de propiedad a través de sociedades matrices y subordinadas. Además, se presenta la legislación colombiana sobre el tema, acompanada por un análisis sobre la tendencia a generar situaciones de control fuera del país por parte de los grupos empresariales con mayor liquidez, a partir de los datos del índice COLCAP.
