Bases para la elaboración de un código de ética organizacional en el sector privado

Abstract

Este trabajo presenta algunos lineamientos para el diseno de códigos de ética en organizaciones en el sector privado. El trabajo gira en torno a la necesidad de unir el diseno de los códigos de ética con la estrategia de la organización. Cada uno de los puntos presentados permite visualizar la utilidad del código de ética con miras a una reflexión sobre el proceso de generación de valor.
