Abstract

El presente estudio se centra exclusivamente en el Mercado de Compras Públicas de la BMC, que es un mercado especializado para atender a las necesidades de compra de las Entidades Estatales, cuyo objetivo es realizar negociaciones en condiciones de mercado para la compra de bienes y servicios de Características Técnicas Uniformes -CTU-.
