El government take de la minería de oro en Colombia

Abstract

Este trabajo consta de tres secciones: la primera reúne las normas en cuanto a la minería, las contraprestaciones económicas y los regímenes de tributación; la segunda describe el mercado mundial del oro y la tercera trata sobre el government take: analiza los estudios previos sobre oro y hace un ejercicio propio de government take de oro para Colombia.
