Reformas para una Colombia post-COVID-19. Hacia un nuevo contrato social_Presentación

Abstract

Ante el difícil escenario en el que la pandemia del COVID-19 dejó al país, con un aumento de cerca de 3 millones de personas adicionales en condición de pobreza, sumado a problemas estructurales como una informalidad laboral del 60%, una cobertura pensional de apenas el 25% y un estatuto tributario con gran cantidad de exenciones y poco progresivo, Fedesarrollo plantea una reforma integral que aborde cuatro grandes temas de forma unificada: las políticas social, laboral, pensional y tributaria. Para esto, se requieren ajustes que permitan eliminar las exclusiones sociales y productivas que continúan ubicando a Colombia entre los países más desiguales del mundo. En la siguiente presentación se explica con detalle los puntos esenciales de la propuesta.
