Abstract

Foro de un grupo de empresas que analizan el entorno de las inversiones con el propósito de hacer diagnósticos y recomendaciones para la remoción de los obstáculos al buen funcionamiento de los mercados y su regulación. Encomiendan un estudio a Fedesarrollo para determinar el impacto de la debilidad institucional y de la inestabilidad normativa en la gestión socio ambiental de los grandes proyectos de inversión de Colombia. Aquí presentamos únicamente los mineros y de hidrocarburos.
