La crisis del sector eléctrico en California 2000 - 2001: Reformas y desintegración vertical

Abstract

Este artículo es el resultado de una revisión bibliográfica que ha permitido el análisis de la reforma que se dió en California a partir de 1996 con la promulgación de la Ley AB 1890,por medio de la cual el sector eléctrico de dicho Estado comenzó su proceso de desintegración vertical y de desregulación de esta industria. Además pretende analizar los efectos de la reforma, que han servido como punto de referencia para el estudio de esta alternativa en varios países Latinoamericanos.
