Matrices Insumo-Producto y análisis de Multiplicadores:Una aplicación para Colombia

Abstract

El análisis insumo-producto ha sido ampliamente usado en distintos escenarios, ya que es defácil implementación e interpretación. Sin embargo, es importante tomar en cuenta que laconstrucción de los coeficientes de la matriz insumo-producto deben hacerse con precaución,sobre todo en el caso de que exista producción secundaria en los sectores, ya que esto puedeimplicar coeficientes negativos. Para esto sortear este problema se construyeron los coeficientesde forma indirecta, con una aplicación para las cuentas nacionales para el ano 2007, base 2000. Apartir de estos nuevos coeficientes se realiza un análisis tradicional de multiplicadores, así deobtener los sectores claves de la economía, lo cual es sensible con el nivel de desagregación alcual se recurra.
