Monitoreo de la seguridad social en salud en Medellín, 2004-2007

Abstract

En esta Observación se presenta el ejercicio de monitoreo realizado en 2007, basado en el análisis de cinco temas sobre los cuales no se tiene mucho conocimiento o información sistematizada: capacidad institucional, capital social, financiamiento, estado de salud y ciudad saludable, y cobertura y acceso. Se presenta un resumen de cada tema y se ofrecen unas conclusiones generales para contribuir a la discusión sobre el balance de estos aspectos en el último cuatrienio, así como algunas recomendaciones para la nueva administración.
