Abstract

ResumenLa dimensión últimamente alcanzada por la acumulación de activos líquidos entrelas corporaciones no financieras de países desarrollados ha acaparado la atención deanalistas y académicos. Este artículo ofrece una resena crítica de los estudios queúltimamente han procurado caracterizar y explicar dicha acumulación. A tal fin, serecurre a investigaciones previas que permiten conocer antecedentes del crecimientoreciente en la liquidez corporativa, así como a un análisis de los factores que hanactuado como marco general de dicho aumento.
