Abstract

CONTENTS: En este trabajo se lleva a cabo un análisis del régimen establecido por Real Decreto 362/2007, de 16 de marzo, reforma el régimen jurídico de las instituciones de inversión colectiva de inversión libre y de las instituciones de inversión colectiva de instituciones de inversión colectiva de inversión libre, comparándolo con el anteriormente vigente.
