Abstract

CONTENTS: Este documento explica los fundamentos teóricos de la regulación del abuso de mercado, así como describe la casuística de la regulación en los principales países europeos y la compara con la existente en Estados Unidos y con el marco que proporciona la recientemente aprobada Directiva de la Unión Europea.
