Abstract

Dans un contexte de transformation du marché du travail, avec l’utilisation grandissante des nouvelles technologies, les compétences des individus en matière de littératie numérique sont de plus en plus importantes afin d’être en mesure de participer activement au développement de la société. De plus, dans la situation actuelle de pénurie de main-d’œuvre dans certains domaines d’activité, il est nécessaire d’identifier des pistes de solutions afin d’assurer une meilleure adéquation entre les compétences des travailleurs et les besoins du marché du travail, particulièrement dans les secteurs des STIM.
