Abstract

Le présent rapport analyse la situation financière de l’ensemble des retraités du Québec et, de façon plus particulière, celle des retraités des secteurs public et parapublic québécois. Il a été préparé à la demande du Secrétariat du Conseil du trésor dans le cadre de la réalisation d’une étude sur la situation financière des retraités, conformément à l’engagement pris en ce sens par la présidente du Conseil du trésor à l’automne 2006 lors des travaux de la Commission des finances publiques.
