Perspectives - Revue semi-annuelle 2026 Volume 3 N˚Spécial

In 2025–2026, research activities at CIRANO provided an opportunity to highlight one of the organisation’s key strengths: its ability to forge links between researchers with diverse areas of expertise, drawing on a range of different and innovative methodologies and a variety of data sources. By bringing the research community together around a common theme Education and workforce: for a more productive and equitable society, CIRANO fostered a genuine dialogue between researchers, practitioners and stakeholders in the field, thereby enabling the identification of insightful findings firmly rooted in the complexity of today’s challenges. This special edition of PERSPECTIVES brings together six articles published over the course of the year, drawn from research projects conducted at CIRANO. They focus on educational choices, inequalities, and the transformations and challenges facing the labour market. En 2025-2026, les activités de recherche au CIRANO ont été l’occasion de mettre en évidence l’une des grandes forces du CIRANO : sa capacité à créer des liens entre des chercheuses et chercheurs aux expertises variées, mobilisant des méthodologies différentes et innovantes et des sources de données diversifiées. En rassemblant la communauté de recherche autour d’un thème commun, « Éducation et main-d’œuvre : pour une société plus juste et équitable », le CIRANO a favorisé un véritable dialogue entre les chercheurs, les praticiens et les acteurs du milieu, permettant ainsi de dégager des constats riches et bien ancrés dans la complexité des enjeux actuels. Cette édition spéciale de la revue PERSPECTIVES réunit six articles parus au cours de l’année issus de projets de recherche menés au CIRANO. Ils portent sur les choix éducatifs, les inégalités et les transformations et défis du marché du travail.
