O QREN 2007-2013 e os Processos Territoriais de Inovação e de Fomento de Competitividade

Abstract

Um dos aspectos mais marcantes da realidade económica e social actual de cada território, e mais determinante para o seu desenvolvimento económico, é o modo de organização territorial dos processos produtivos que lhe é característico, bem como, a natureza das estratégias empresariais que nele estão habitualmente em funcionamento. Neste working paper serão analisados detalhadamente os casos particulares do Quadro de Referência Estratégico Nacional (QREN) 2007-2013 de Portugal e o Programa de Pólos de Competitividade em França, iniciado no final de 2004, precisamente enquanto instrumento de ordenamento territorial da actividade económica e de fomento de processos territoriais de inovação e de competitividade.
