Reforma de la política social para superar el asistencialismo crónico en Argentina: principios, diseño y experiencias relevantes

Abstract

La política social argentina está agotada. Los subsidios monetarios perpetúan la pobreza, erosionan la cultura del trabajo y consolidan clientelas políticas. Este artículo propone una alternativa liberal, moderna y eficaz: reemplazar el asistencialismo monetario crónico por beneficios en especie, desvinculados del ingreso, con autoselección y provisión privada subsidiada. Una política social para formar ciudadanos, no para retener clientes. Para crecer económicamente e incluir con dignidad.
