La desmonopolización del sistema educativo

Abstract

En el presente ensayo se sostiene que el monopolio educativo es ineficiente y contrario a la ética de la libertad de enseñanza. Para ello se establecen, primero, las bases teóricas de la desmonopolización de toda actividad humana. Luego se explica cómo funciona el monopolio educativo en la Argentina y en el mundo, por medio del sistema de títulos oficiales. Luego se explica cómo desarticular el monopolio, separando las habilidades profesionales específicas del reconocimiento del Estado. Finalmente se hace una propuesta general para el sistema estatal argentino.
