Apuntes sobre la innovación educativa en el nivel universitario

Abstract

En este documento de trabajo se abordó la innovación en el ámbito universitario, a partir de una revisión bibliográfica y teórica que permitió identificar y describir los principales aspectos a considerar en el diseño y la instrumentación de proyectos de transformación educativa. La innovación en el nivel superior resulta fundamental para desarrollar propuestas formativas de calidad, que contemplen todas las áreas y funciones institucionales afectadas al proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje y se adecúen a las variables demandas del campo profesional. Comprender sus componentes, el rol de los actores, niveles y posibilidades de concreción resulta fundamental para cualquier universidad, especialmente en estos tiempos en los que la innovación se encuentra en el centro de la escena educativa. Como conclusión, se presentan algunas tendencias que incorporan nuevas estrategias didácticas, modalidades de seguimiento y mediaciones tecnológicas, permitiendo llevar a cabo el acto educativo de forma innovadora.
