Abstract

Piketty sugiere que la distribución de la riqueza es cada vez menos igualitaria, y propone un impuesto mundial al capital para enfrentar el problema; Phelps afirma que los gobiernos y la cultura están marchitando la iniciativa privada; y el conjunto de ensayos publicados por Teulings y Baldwin se preguntan si Europa no habrá ingresado a un período de estancamiento secular. ¿Cuál será el impacto sobre la Argentina, si las políticas públicas y la dinámica económica no tienen en cuenta estas preocupaciones? ¿En qué medida los referidos análisis sirven para entender nuestra realidad interna actual?
