Abstract

Este paper desarrolla la evolución de la figura del fideicomiso en la aplicación práctica a los negocios de la economía real productiva, a través del diseño de los Fondos de Inversión Directa. Se analiza la importancia de la correcta estructuración a la hora de utilizar figuras que fortalezcan los aspectos legales, productivos y financieros de los diferentes emprendimientos de la economía real, haciendo foco en las ventajas que presenta su flexibilidad ante los tipos societarios tradicionales. Finalmente el trabajo destaca que existen vehículos diferentes e innovadores ya sean financieros o societarios, que favorecen las inversiones productivas. Estas herramientas tienen un rol clave orientando la iniciativa y el impulso emprendedor hacia la puesta en marcha de actividades que puedan canalizar los recursos hacia la producción de bienes y servicios, fomentando la cultura del trabajo productivo en la República Argentina
