Abstract

La réforme chinoise devant conduire à une économie de marché s'est appuyée sur une forme institutionnelle particulière caractérisée par la décentralisaiton. La régionalisation a été utilisée comme moyen de régulation, en articulant les mesures nouvelles aux structures déjà existantes. Nous proposons dans cet article de montrer comment la décentralisation peut être analysée en termes de structure institutionnelle et d'analyser l'évolution des disparités spatiales consécutives à la croissance des entreprises collectives.
