Abstract

Ensaio sobre a política externa portuguesa. A política externa portuguesa é consolidada e não tem sofrido grandes alterações nas últimas quatro décadas. Isso significa que a sua matriz, variáveis e vectores estratégicos não sofreram alterações nos últimos anos? Será que o paradigma geopolítico mudou? Este texto confronta a possibilidade de alteração de rumo, com a da reformulação criativa da visão original.
